Brighton Wine Bar is a coastal wine bar and restaurant in Scarborough, now open and trading strongly after our first few months. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our brand new kitchen , shape the menu and help take the venue into its next stage. Brighton is a relaxed yet refined venue with a strong focus on wine, seasonal food, local produce and genuine hospitality. The kitchen is a huge part of the identity of the venue, and we are looking for someone who is excited to lead from the front, bring their own ideas to the food offering and create a menu that feels thoughtful, generous and suited to a coastal wine bar setting.
